Norway's Aftenposten newspaper headlines: "Rape Reports Soar in Oslo."
Nearly 300 women have sought help so far this year from Oslo's emergency clinic handling rape victims. That's a higher per capita rate than New York City's, and the clinic is having trouble meeting demand.
Fjordman, who reported on this, says the Oslo's rape numbers are six times as high per capita as in New York City. He notes that "Two out of three charged with rape in Norway’s capital are immigrants with a non-western background according to a police study."
