I value the comments Professor Murray Harris makes on 2 Cor. 13:14. The Apostle Paul concludes his second letter to the Corinthians with this verse:
May the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
Murray Harris, writing in The Expositor's Bible Commentary says,
Paul grounds his pastoral appeal for unity of spirit and for the rejection of discord in the theological doctrine of the Trinity. The grace of Christ banishes self-assertiveness and self-seeking, the love of God puts jealousy and anger to flight, while the fellowship created by the Spirit leaves no room for quarreling and factions.
