Moreland here responds in a Q & A session to the objection that if one interprets Genesis to allow for long periods of time associated with the "six days," such a handling of Scripture would logically lead to reinterpreting and denying the virgin birth, the resurrection, and other Biblical doctrines. Moreland's response helps allay such fears and concerns. (Moreland's response is but a brief response to a particular question. The debate is much broader and deeper, of course.)
