I receive e-mail notices from C-Span's Book TV regarding who will be appearing each weekend. I see that
Andrew McCarthy is scheduled to be interviewed this weekend. His book, Willful Blindness has
been highly recommended. McCarthy is an expert on the war on terror. My guess
is that if Supreme Court justices would read his book, they would be more
informed of the dangers we face. Here's the blurb from "Book TV":
Saturday 10 PM, Sunday 6 PM and 9 PM,
Monday 12 AM
ET
Andrew McCarthy, the lead prosecutor against Sheik Omar Abdel Rahmen and the other men responsible for the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, recounts the case in Willful Blindness: A Memoir of the Jihad. Mr. McCarthy presents his thoughts on the trial and the current state of the war on terror. The author discusses his book with Hugh Hewitt, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, "The Hugh Hewitt Show," and executive editor of Townhall.com.
