Lisa Schriffen laments the likely political demise of S.C. Gov. Mark Sanford. She writes:
Which will be a pity. Because he had all of the right
ideas. And these days, I would take a flawed Christian, with a failed
marriage, who believes in liberty, markets, and low taxes, over what we
have, no matter how good a family man President Obama might be, any day. [more . . .]
Me: I agree with her regarding Sanford's policies, though I am greatly disturbed by Sanford's flight from his State responsibilities, not to mention his unfaithfulness to his wife. On the other hand I think Obama may well prove to be the "negative" judgment of God on this nation. Your thoughts? (I edited this a bit)
