Fox News report (see for VIDEO): Dr. Peter Pry praised the Trump administration for placing more emphasis on preventing an attack on the U.S. electrical grid, telling Mark Levin that the policy is "night and day" from the Obama administration. [The Obama administration refused to interview the
top expert on EMPs!]
Pry, executive director of the U.S. Nuclear Strategy Forum and author of "Blackout Wars,".. . . said the U.S. would be in "huge trouble" in the event of a nuclear electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack, which would cause massive blackouts and threaten key infrastructure.
Pry said he would grade President Trump with an A+ for his enhanced interest in the ongoing threat.
"In his recent national security strategy, [Trump] was the first president to include EMP and protecting the electrical grid and other life-sustaining infrastructure from [attack]," he explained, adding there have been numerous meetings between the EMP commission and the National Security Council.
My response: Praise God (literally) that we have an administration that takes the EMP threat seriously. Watch the video interview. Some years ago I read William Forstchen's novel, One Second After, describing the event of an EMP attack. I highly recommend the book.
